 Maite Alberdi is an audiovisual director, filmmaker, screenwriter and Chilean film critic. since June 2018 he has been a member of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciencesis

She is internationally recognized for her documentaries La once and Los Niños, for which she won the award for the best female documentary director at the International Documentary Film Festival of Amsterdam (IDFA), the most important in the world of its kind, and The mole agent (2020), nominated for the Oscar for the best documentary feature film. this is why I have chosen to speak about her, because I admire her for her film The Mole Agent, personally I think it is a beautiful, funny and very emotional film I saw her twice alone and twice with my grandmother and see her reflecting in older adults and feeling sorry for some of them was magical that is why I feel that it is one of the best feature films that I have seen with Chilean direction Maite Alberdi was born on March 29, 1982 She is currently 38 years old and is the audiovisual director of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and also graduated in aesthetics and social communication from the same university. She has also worked as an editor, sound engineer, executive producer and director of photography in various Chilean films and documentaries.

    when i was child i used to dream of being an actor I really love when the actor become in another person , when i was 13 i was on a theather  company and i went different places for acting like curico , san fernando etc  when i was 17 and i was on the 4to grade of "media" my parents recommended me to study something with more laboral oportunities , and for this reason i choose other career i was two years on it , after this two years i knew that the art of making films it was my dream job , because i like to write and direct my ideas to audiovisual film , in 2019 i did the psu and 2020 i could enter on my dream career "cine y tv of univeristy of chile , my expirience at this university has been well enough because i really miss university life but i love the university because i think that there are to many different kind of people and i love that diversity , for end my dream job is direct of sound on a chilean film and thats all
